MARCH 2004

3/9/04 - SPACECRAFT will perform their first concert of the year at the Hummel Planetarium in Richmond, KY on May 15th. Also in the making will be a SPACECRAFT concert with the legendary Melanie folk/rock diva who performed in the original Woodstock. Watch for more excting news on this website!

4/22/04 - HAPPY EARTHDAY! We are proud to offer our new releases for April 2004...And a new artist, SURFACE 10, aka Dean De Benedictis, with his new release, "Borrowed Time 2000."

JUNE 2004

6/18/04 - Space for Music has joined forces with the legendary Melanie of Woodstock fame, to release a premier edition of her new album, "Paled by Dimmer Light"! It is her finest set of songs to-date. Her music has grown and matured very gracefully. Even though she is not a space musician, she is a fan. In fact, she will be joining Tony Gerber on his next solo album, along with some vocal work with SPACECRAFT. Watch for more releases from this legendary popular music icon.

AUGUST 2004

8/20/04 - Monday August 23rd is the Woodsongs Old Time Radio episode featuring the legendary, Melanie. She will be joined by Space for Music creator, Tony Gerber performing on Mandocello for a couple songs. This is a live radio program from The Kentucky Theatre in Lexington, KY.

SEPTEMBER 2004

9/26/04- Just a note to let everyone know that SFM artist, Aashid Himons, had successful heart surgery and is on the road to recovery. Our thoughts and prayers out to him this month....

9/03/04- Spacecraft member, John Rose, has a new piano solo release entitled, "Conversing witha Rainy Night." It is now available for order from this site.

OCTOBER 2004

10/3/04 - Space for Music is proud to announce the now available CD from guitar extraordinare, Beau Jarred Schekeryk, called Scrapbook. His flamenco style guitar work and creative song writing ability offers a powerful serving of music to our label. Beau is currently on tour in Europe with his mother, Melanie.
