Sun low in the sky on the outskirts of Trub.

A beautiful building in the village.

The village of Trub is just outside of Langnau. Some of the Habegger's
in my family come from this area. This was indeed "the country"
part of Switzerland, still in the Emmental. The recent snow had
people using their cross-country skies for a late afternoon workout.
This village is probably smaller now than it was 100 years ago.
The serenity of of the scenery and the vibe of the area was healing.
I didn't want to leave this place so soon.
